Richmond Behavioral Health has an exciting opportunity for a part timeSupport Associate. Under direct supervision the selected candidate will be responsible for assisting staff in providing clerical and/or administrative job duties. This individual will answer phones, take messages, sign-in consumers, and notify staff of appointment arrivals. This position may also provide administrative support to select units which will including filing, photocopying, shredding documents and escorting consumers to and from scheduled appointments within building as needed.

Position Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to maintain a consistent schedule. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with consumers and staff.

Individual must be 18 years of age or older and have the following:

High School Diploma or GED

Lived mental health or SUD experience

Must have satisfactory criminal background check, driving history, reference check, and pre-employment screenings

Individuals willing to work flexible shifts

Starting Salary Range

$14.02/ hr
