Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $130,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support four executives including the owner, President, CFO, and one additional leader
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across departments
* Book domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail and preferences
* Handle high-volume communications and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of executives
* Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and executive priorities
Requirements:
* Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth individuals
* Communicate assertively and effectively in high-pressure environments
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and executive demands
* Solve problems independently and take initiative without hesitation
* Maintain discretion and poise while handling confidential matters
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
* Show proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document and schedule management
* Accumulate experience supporting senior-level executives in fast-paced settings
* Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
