Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. This position will involve assisting providers in conducting quality clinics, administering injections, diagnostic testing, quality surveys, and other procedures, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and quality control. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Back Office Support: Perform a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, quality surveys, and various other procedures.

* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported during their visits.

* Quality Control: Maintain established quality control standards to ensure the highest level of care is provided.

* Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the medical team, assisting providers with patient procedures and supporting the clinic's operations.

* Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including explaining upcoming tests and ensuring they are informed and comfortable.

* Medical Records Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medical records are maintained, and assist with data entry into the electronic health record (EHR) system.

* Clinical Support: Assist in preparing and setting up examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies for procedures, ensuring everything is sterile and organized.

Requirements:

* Certifications: Must hold either an MA-R or MA-C certification.

* Experience: Experience in a similar medical assistant role with surgical scheduling and patient rooming is preferred.

* Skills & Attributes:

* Ability to arrive on time, be prepared, and work effectively in a team.

* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

* Capability to work efficiently alongside surgeons and other medical professionals.

Schedule/Shift:

* Work Days: Monday - Friday.

* Shift Times: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pay:

$22-25 an hour (Depending on experience)
