Love movies and great food? Silverspot Cinema is looking for skilled Line Cooks to prepare delicious dishes with speed, accuracy, and consistency in our high-energy kitchen.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standards
* Work broiler, fryer, sauté, and other stations in a fast-paced environment
* Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
* Assist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed
What We're Looking For:
* Culinary experience (6 months to 2+ years depending on level)
* Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
* Ability to move quickly and work under pressure
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
* Food Safety or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
