* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
* Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on piping, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
* Identify issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions
* Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations
* Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
* Follow safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
* Represent Rooter Hero professionally at all job sites

* Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
