* 3 Service Technicians (Commercial/Residential Plumbing)

* 3-4 Laborers / Plumber Apprentices

Pay Rates

* Laborers (2-3 years experience): $18 - $24/hr

* Apprentices (entry to mid-level): $18 - $30/hr (depending on stage)

* Senior Apprentices (4-5 years experience): $25/hr

* Commercial Plumbers / Service Technicians: $45 - $65+/hr

Job Overview

Laborers / Apprentices

* Assist in plumbing installations and repairs.

* Support technicians with tools, materials, and setup.

* Learn and grow toward a full plumbing technician role.

Service Technicians

* Communicate with customers, diagnose plumbing issues, and provide repair solutions.

* Responsible for completing service jobs efficiently and maintaining company quality standards.

* Company provides service truck (apprentices ride along but do not drive).
