American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a blood cancer/oncology unit night shift position requiring a CO or compact RN license and chemotherapy certification.
Job Details
- Work in the Blood Cancer Unit within an Oncology setting,
- Hospital-based position caring for oncology and hematology patients,
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM,
- 13-week contract assignment,
- No local candidates accepted per 50-mile radius rule,
Job Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required,
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required,
- Chemotherapy (ONC) certification required for all oncology RNs,
- Minimum of 1 year of recent specialty experience in oncology,
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical RN experience,
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
- U.S. Social Security Number (no Canadian SSN) and date of birth required for consideration,
- One professional reference required (two for Florida and Missouri applicants),
Additional Information
- Deliver specialized nursing care for oncology and hematology patients,
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient management and care planning,
- First time travelers are welcome to apply,
- Holiday coverage may be required as part of the contract,
