Job Description
* Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project goals and timelines.
* Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
* Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimations and financial reporting.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones.
* Lead project teams to achieve high-quality construction standards and client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
