We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We seek an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and coordination of care.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff (registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants) to ensure high-quality care.
Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care delivery, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs to enhance nursing practice and resident care.
