Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve dishes and drinks according to fine dining presentation standards.
Assist guests with menu selections, including explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and traditional Japanese dining customs.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the service.
Refill beverages, replace utensils, and attend to guests’ needs efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and utensils.
Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally and promptly elevate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
Support other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
At least
6 months of experience
as a Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Server. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Well‑groomed and professional appearance. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Willing to be deployed in
San Juan, Manila .
