Principle Lab Technician . The Principle Lab Technician plays a hybrid role supporting lab testing, tactical quality execution, and quality systems. This individual works cross‑functionally with production, warehouse, planning, and laboratory teams to ensure timely and accurate quality disposition of inventory, adherence to procedures, and operational support. The role is split across lab support, plant‑floor execution, and documentation responsibilities.

What You Will Do
Provide laboratory support to team, working with multiple project leaders as needed
Become the team expert in laboratory test methods, running tests for the team when required
Perform routine SAP quality transactions (batch status updates, block/release)
Support stability testing program
Document test results clearly and flag out‑of‑spec results
Support documentation control (SOPs, training records, calibration records)
Coordinate quality control of labels
Conduct physical inventory checks to support blocked inventory reviews and stock movement decisions
Assist in lab compliance activities (e.g., retain room checks, batch code verification, label verification, instrument readiness)
Maintain records in eQMS, SAP, and Excel trackers (CAPA logs, WHSL extensions, inventory blocks, pack sheets)
Actively participate in project work as needed, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Details
Plant location: Eagan, MN
Work week and shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (days and hours are subject to change based on business needs). In‑person 5 days a week at the Eagan Manufacturing Plant
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field; 3-4 years of experience working in a lab environment
Experience with lab testing (i.e., pH, viscosity, refractive index, titrations)

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multi‑task and work independently
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or GMP standards in a manufacturing setting
Experience with in‑process quality support on the production floor (i.e., line audits, batch record reviews, FPF tracking)
Proficiency using SAP or ERP systems
Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills
A high attention to detail and quality results

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $63,500.00 – $95,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
