More About Our Team The Medical/Surgical Unit has 30 beds and a collaborative team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and a unit secretary. The nurse‑to‑patient ratio is 1:6; CNAs support care at a 1:10 ratio. A Telemetry Technician monitors telemetry or cardiac monitors across inpatient units and the Emergency Department for enhanced safety.
How You’ll Contribute
Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
What We’re Looking For
Current North Carolina state or compact state RN license
Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
One year of RN experience in a health‑care setting preferred
Seniority level
