Job Description:
The Dispatcher will serve as the primary communication point between drivers and customers. This role ensures smooth daily operations through accurate routing, real‑time coordination, and consistent documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and coordinate daily routes for drivers
Review and interpret notes, updates, and photos from field staff
Maintain timely communication with drivers and customers
Update internal systems and ensure accurate record‑keeping
Troubleshoot issues and proactively support process improvements
Qualifications:
Strong reliability and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions from multiple sources
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fully on‑site environment
Basic Excel skills and general arithmetic competency
Fully on‑site schedule
