About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a detail‑oriented and organized professional to support product development and production activities.

Job Description This role supports the full product development lifecycle by managing product data, coordinating samples, assisting with compliance processes, and supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain detailed product specification documentation for new items.

Source and compare pricing from multiple manufacturing partners.

Enter and maintain product details such as dimensions, weights, packaging quantities, and images in required systems.

Assign and track item numbers, UPCs, and internal product identifiers.

Submit and manage creative requests for design, artwork, and presentation materials.

Review product and packaging files for accuracy prior to production release.

Coordinate product review processes and ensure content meets required standards and timelines.

Assist with product testing, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Partner with Quality Assurance to schedule and track factory inspections.

Manage and track product samples, including review, organization, and inventory.

Prepare samples for presentations, reviews, and internal meetings.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Comfortable following direction while also working independently.

Willingness to learn and grow within a product-focused role.

Additional Details

Role requires coordination across multiple internal teams and external partners.

Some physical activity may be required, including standing, walking, and light lifting.

This position is fully in‑office.
