Advocate for residents at every care stage. Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise. Job Requirements / Qualifications
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana and maintain required license. Experience in a geriatric setting preferred. Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer’s unit a plus. Schedule
Nights – Part‑time (24 hrs a week) or Full‑time. $1.50 additional per hour for second and third shift. Weekend shift pay: $1.50 additional per hour. Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule. Benefits
