Job Responsibilities
Provide appropriate and individualized therapy and interventions to students
Collect data on students’ progress
Assess students’ progress to inform continued instruction
Support the team with the development of social and language skills of their students
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Use Central Reach parent portal
Demonstrate professionalism in the classroom while adhering to the mission, vision, and philosophy of AYM
Prep and clean up therapy space each day
Requirements
WA License as Speech and Language Pathologist (CCCs)
Understanding of the needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
PROMPT trained
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
Computer proficiency (e.g., database, word processing, etc.)
Schedule
8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (and once a week until 4:00 PM for a team meeting)

The Pay Range For This Role Is 85,000 – 100,000 USD per year (Bellevue, Washington)
