to join our team and teach in one of our brand new, state-of-the-art classrooms in
Long Island City, NY . Classroom ratios are 8:1:2. This is a full-time, 12-month position. We are seeking an energetic, nurturing, and confident
BCBA
who will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for clients on their caseload. BCBA Duties and Responsibilities: Complete assessments, design treatment plans, staff training, parent training, meet and collaborate with other professionals, conduct clinical meetings, provide first responder and other community member training. Provide our families with regular, interactive and lecture الذين and hands on parent education (in 1:1 and monthly group structure). Provide interactive and lecture-based staff training, for teachers, paraprofessionals, and community members. Help others grow in their practice of ABA!
