Perform x‑ray examinations, position patients, and adjust exposure factors. Interview patients, take vitals, and administer immunizations, PFT, EKG, and BAT screening. Prepare x‑ray room, maintain equipment, and record daily x‑ray log. Assist front office with appointment reminders, cancellation letters, and employer communications. Perform injections, dispense medications, and review patient medical records. Maintain inventory of medications and managed DME supplies. Triage phone calls and transfer patient care to providers. Qualifications
Minimum 1‑year post‑graduate experience as a licensed x‑ray technician. Certified Medical Assistant with at least 3 years experience. CPR and AED certification. Strong written and verbal communication, data entry, and collaboration skills. In‑depth knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA.
