Position:
Full‑time Clinician – Pediatric Outpatient
Responsibilities
Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and other cranial or ear conditions.
Fit and monitor DOC Band® and EarWell® devices to reshape head and correct ear shapes.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document treatment plans and progress with minimal paperwork.
Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse, PT, OT, or Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotist with experience in infant or pediatric care.
Background in pediatrics is required.
Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf devices is required.
Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
