Role requirements
A high school diploma or GED.
A valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
About the role As an LPN, you are essential to a facility’s medical team, supporting RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and progressing toward recovery. Typical duties include:
Charting and recording medication administration and treatments.
Patient observation.
Performing specific procedures such as recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
Comforting and reassuring apprehensive patients.
