Schedule:
Full Time - 4 shifts (10 hours) per week, 7:00am - 5:30pm with rotating day off and on‑call rotation required.

Fauquier Health has 5 Main Operating Rooms plus a Cystoscopy Suite. In our Surgical Services Unit, you will provide care for Total Joint Replacements, Sports Medicine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Retina, and Spine. We offer minimally invasive robotic surgery with a state‑of‑the‑art daVinci Xi robotic platform.
How you'll contribute
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

What We're Looking For
Applicants must have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
Basic Life Support certification required within 7 days of hire.
ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Must have previous OR/Surgical experience.
