Schedule Part‑time, Monday‑Friday days.
Team Fauquier Health’s Wound Care department is dedicated to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our physicians and nurses have advanced training in wound management and provide specialized care to deliver optimal treatment.
How You’ll Contribute
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
Provides care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
Responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

What We’re Looking For
Current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 7 days of hire.
Wound Care Nurse Certification required within 1 year of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
Previous wound care experience preferred.
