Job Summary The BOSS Maintenance person is responsible for operation of the BOSS Service Vehicle to coordinate all installations and repairs on the BOSS systems at customer locations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible for loading, securing, and maintaining inventory of all BOSS equipment for installation at customer location or storage site at plant.

Performs installation and repair of all BOSS systems; completes all paperwork associated with installation and repair.

Completes necessary training documentation to assure complete customer understanding and satisfaction of installed/repaired equipment.

Works in conjunction with Route Supervisor, Customer Service Representative, and Dispatcher to coordinate repairs and installations.

Maintains company vehicle in cleanest possible manner; completes vehicle condition report daily for submission to Fleet manager.

Operates vehicle in accordance with federal, state, local, and company safety policies; may be required to maintain a DOT log book.

Maintains excellent customer service by presenting friendly, courteous, professional attitude.

All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience with hand tools and basic plumbing knowledge is required.

Must have Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Preferred Qualifications

CLD Class B preferred.

Good communication skills both oral and written.

Team player; works well with others.

Detail oriented; well organized; ability to multi‑task and prioritize tasks.

Good math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
