Description
Trains and efficiently monitors employees on assigned shift.
Ensures that the daily shift operations for Warehouse Associates meets expectations.
Ensures all orders are checked for accuracy.
Ensures all finished goods are put away in the proper location and flow with FIFO (First‑in, First‑out) procedure.
Performs all facets of Shipping & Receiving, as well as verification and put‑away RF (radio frequency) scanning.
Interacts with applicable PAC team members and carriers via verbal, telephone, and e‑mail communication methods.
Enforces timeliness and quality of warehouse shift operations.
Operates all areas of responsibility in a safe and orderly fashion.
Assists other Leads/ Supervisors and production team as needed.
Operates a forklift as needed and understands forklift mechanics.
Other duties as assigned.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications Must have one (1) to three (3) years working knowledge of all warehouse operations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Forklift Certification.
Skills / Competencies
Must be able to read, speak, and write English with good interpersonal skills, reading and comprehending work instructions and safety rules.
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, quality, safety, and follow-up.
Strong sense of urgency and time management.
Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to use a computer, specifically Microsoft Office suite.
Highly motivated individual that works well in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in a written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division calculations.
Physical Demands
Requires frequent sitting, walking, and standing.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Environment is typical of a manufacturing area; hearing protection is required due to the high noise level.
Exposure to extreme temperatures depending on the season and area; limited temperature regulation is available.
Presence of complex machinery and equipment; requires awareness of moving parts and operational hazards.
