Position Summary
This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale, providing a positive customer experience to Goodwill customers, stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor, and keeping a clean and safe environment. The role also promotes and adheres to Goodwill‑ANCE fórum mission and values.
A Day in the Life In a typical day, a Customer Service Associate can expect to create a high level of customer service throughout the store, follow policies and procedures, provide a work environment that trains and develops participants, and help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Store Operations: Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
Services and Programs: Provides an environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
Safety: Helps contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers SaveGoRe2.
Job Pay & Perks
Pay Range: $14.20 - $21.29/hr

Prior Experience & Education
0-3 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
