Customer Account Representative – Rent‑A‑Center

What You Will Do
Customer Service: Provide friendly, top‑notch experiences through “white glove” service at stores and in customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while maintaining vehicles and following all handling and transportation procedures.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store by refurbishing merchandise, keeping showroom dusted, vacuumed and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record – drivers company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics and appliances.
Great communication and customer‑service skills.

Physical Demands The job requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The worker must frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise. The worker must adhere to all company safety guidelines while performing these duties.
Expected Hours of Work This full‑time position runs Monday‑through‑Saturday, store open‑to‑close hours. Sundays off along with one other weekday off. Schedules and hours may change throughout the year to meet business needs.
