Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during shifts, including cost, inventory, cash and customer relations.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures at 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management and schedule adherence.
Maintain a clean, safe store environment and manage marketing and profitability initiatives.
Use supervisory skills to motivate and lead the team while delivering exemplary customer service.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that satisfies company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery duties.
Strong communication skills—written, verbal and telephone capabilities to process orders accurately.
Basic math ability for handling cash and making correct change.
Experience with inventory and paperwork procedures.
Physical fitness to perform lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing duties as needed.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and occasional climbing are required for short distances during a typical shift.
Lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds and manage multiple product deliveries per shift.
Pushing and pulling equipment such as trays on dollies, with a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
Stooping, bending, and reaching—frequently forward, down, and above 72 inches to access shelves or operational equipment.
Operating hand tools, such as pizza peel, cutter, and rolling tool, requiring sustained hand and eye coordination.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying temperatures, ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees within the store.
Potential contact with food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees.
Work in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers and the drive‑through delivery area.
Adverse weather conditions while removing trash, delivering, or performing other outside tasks.
