We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support and optimize daily business operations in a fully remote environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, effective communication, and operational efficiency across departments.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient business processes

Support cross-functional teams by tracking tasks, schedules, and deliverables

Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and databases

Monitor workflows and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency

Prepare operational reports, summaries, and performance updates

Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders

Assist with onboarding coordination and administrative support for remote staff

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Support leadership with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States

Must possess a valid government-issued ID (e.g., U.S. Passport, Drivers License, State ID)

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or a related role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft Teams

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira

Basic understanding of operational reporting and workflow tracking

Technical Requirements
