We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project planning, coordination, and documentation in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate must reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
Serve as a point of contact between stakeholders and team members
Ensure compliance with internal processes and project standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Must reside in the United States
Must have a valid U.S. work permit or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Proven experience in project administration or a similar administrative role
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Basic knowledge of budgeting or project reporting
