We collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides. Our facility is located minutes from the hospital and the medical office park, offering a warm, inviting, home‑like and comfortable environment that meets the wants, needs, and wishes of all who walk through our doors.
About the Position
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing setting for both post‑acute and long‑term care patients.
Collaborate and work in a team setting with other clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
Schedule is flexible; department is open 6am‑8pm, 7 days per week.
Requirements Valid NC license in Physical Therapy.
