Are you ready to be a key player in a fast-paced, global freight operation? Staffmark is looking for a Customer Freight Service Coordinator to help keep shipments moving efficiently, ensure compliance, and deliver top‑notch service to customers and partners.

$20/hr
Shifts:
Must be available for 1st and 2nd shifts
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and track shipments across the office, warehouse, and transportation teams
Support air and ocean freight operations while checking in drivers and ensuring TSA and customs compliance
Manage customs entry submissions and maintain accurate records through data entry and filing
Provide proactive updates to customers and partners to keep freight moving smoothly
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in freight coordination or logistics
Strong knowledge of customs and TSA compliance
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and safety‑focused
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to quality and efficiency
