The Estimator is responsible for creating accurate vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The role requires a focus on customer experience, compliance with insurance requirements, and alignment with facility KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities

Document and update every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.

Provide customers with timely, accurate information and guide them through the repair process.

Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.

Ensure adherence to WOW Operating Way standards for drop‑offs, planning, communication, and delivery.

Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.

Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.

Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.

Participate in daily production walks and monthly health & safety meetings as required.

Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.

Maintain store KPI performance by maximizing role output.

Qualifications

Knowledge of repairs and OEM guidelines.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills and ability to locate information.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a DRP (Damage Repair Program) environment.

Willingness to complete I‑CAR training.

Valid driver’s license.

Compensation Estimated salary: $53,000 – $75,000 per year. Commissions are calculated based on location, revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance, subject to the plan’s terms.

In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of the applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.

The position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
