Body Shop Estimator / Collision Center Estimator / Auto Insurance Adjuster

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and courtesy. Inspect damaged vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs to restore them to pre-accident condition. Prepare detailed damage reports efficiently and accurately. Calculate costs for replacement parts and labor. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleets, manufacturers, and customers. Obtain signatures, process paperwork, and ensure accurate computer entries according to company standards. Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicle repairs. Manage and prioritize a well-organized workload. Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in automotive body shop estimating, collision center estimating, insurance adjusting, or similar roles. Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage high volumes of work under pressure. In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures. Experience working with insurance companies is preferred. Strong organizational and computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus. Valid driver's license with minimal points.
