Competitive compensation: $90,000–$93,000 per year

Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within assigned timelines

Develop individualized, medically necessary, data‑driven treatment plans

Establish acquisition, reduction, caregiver, discharge, and transition goals

Partner with caregivers to explain treatment recommendations

Ensure accurate dosage, goal selection, and place‑of‑service determinations

Complete reports with fidelity and timeliness

Clinical Oversight & Team Leadership

Maintain ongoing clinical oversight for assigned clients

Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Behavior Interventionists and ACS staff

Monitor data integrity and ensure treatment fidelity

Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and clinical collaboration

Support caregiver communication and training

Operational & Quality Excellence

Maintain documentation and productivity standards (100 billable hours/month)

Drive utilization and outcome optimization

Participate in quality improvement and calibration initiatives

What You’ll Need

Active BCBA certification

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum 2 years of ABA assessment experience (supervision experience preferred)

Strong clinical writing, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with telehealth and digital data platforms preferred

Ability to work with diverse families in community‑based settings

Valid professional liability insurance and required clearances
