Accountant Trainee – Covered California
Covered California’s Financial Management Division is in search of an Accountant Trainee. Are you prepared to learn, maintain and complete functions at an entry level to better assist the Travel and Disbursement Unit? We are looking for someone who is willing and excited to work collaboratively with all classifications at our agency to ensure successful maintenance of accounts and records.
Responsibilities
Learn to process the monthly master payroll, prepare and process warrant
Track and reconcile report
Assist with ensuring disbursement functions are performed accurately and timely
Qualifications
Accounting experience
Accounting system experience
Reviewing and disbursing payments experience
