Senior Accountant - Construction/Real Estate Required!

Senior Accountant – 100k Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Our client, a family-owned construction organization, is hiring a Senior Accountant to support a growing branch with ~\$25M in annual revenue. This role reports to a Regional Controller and partners closely with operations on large commercial construction projects. ***100% onsite

Key Responsibilities

Job costing for large commercial projects, including AIA and T&M billing

Prepare and post job cost journal entries and review revenue recognition

Track project budgets, costs, and billings (including WIP)

Support cash flow activities, bank reconciliations, and AR/collections

Serve as a billing point of contact for project and sales teams

Assist with monthly close, reporting, and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

3+ years of accounting experience

Strong job costing and project billing experience
