We’re looking for a
Recruiter
to support the full hiring cycle—posting roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offers and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone starting in recruitment and eager to learn while delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Publish and update job postings across job boards, social media, and the ATS.
Review resumes, conduct brief phone/video screens, and build shortlists.
Coordinate interviews: scheduling, candidate prep, and feedback collection.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and keep pipelines moving.
Support pre‑employment steps (references, background checks) and offer logistics.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and must‑have skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; internships or relevant coursework welcome.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, clear tone. (English and Spanish)
Solid organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple roles at once.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards) is a plus.
