You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the policy lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact between new applications and our Underwriting team. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our internal partners.

The pay is $19 per hour.

Weekly Pay and Health Benefits

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Hybrid work schedule – Tues/Wed in office.

Office location: 1000 Yard St Grandview Heights, OH 43212

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage new life insurance applications across multiple systems.

Accurately set up new policy numbers and perform essential data entry.

Organize and prepare all application files to ensure they are complete and ready for the underwriting process.

Process new life insurance business quickly and efficiently to meet service standards.

Provide exceptional internal customer service, responding to internal inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and apply creative problem-solving to various application scenarios.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently.

Confidence in navigating and working within multiple computer systems simultaneously.

High adaptability and ability to embrace process and system changes.

Top‑notch communication skills (written and verbal).
