Customer Service/Data Entry - Hybrid Schedule
We’re growing! Join the Annuity New Business Underwriting Team of one of Columbus’s Top Employers in the Insurance and Financial Services.
About the Team We’re a collaborative group of 44 full‑time associates, co‑led by experienced supervisors and team leads. Together, we handle underwriting good order requirements, keying, issuing annuity new business contracts, and preparing Letter of Acceptance packets for fixed, fixed indexed, and variable contracts—all while meeting our service level agreements.
In this role, you’ll work closely with business partners across the organization, balancing quality, speed, and customer satisfaction in a high‑volume setting.
What you’ll get

$19 per hour
— paid weekly
Hybrid work schedule (Two days in office and three work from home)
