Position Overview We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operational workflows and ensure coordination across departments. This role focuses on organization, communication, and process support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities across teams

Track workflows and operational tasks

Maintain accurate operational records

Communicate updates and priorities internally

Assist with process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

1–3 years of operations, coordination, or administrative experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internal systems

High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (depending on experience)
