Position Overview We are seeking a Service Scheduling Assistant to manage service appointments, coordinate resources, and support operational timelines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring field services are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Maintain up-to-date scheduling records.
Communicate appointment details to internal teams.
Adjust schedules based on operational needs.
Track completed services and follow up on outstanding items.
Support reporting related to service timelines.
Qualifications
1–2 years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear communication abilities.
Comfortable working with scheduling software and spreadsheets.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation & Benefits Pay
$22–$28 per hour (depending on experience)
