Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Producing error‑free accounting reports and present their results
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non‑compliance.
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course (Required)
Experience
Accounting: Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of experience
Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Ability to train and manage staff.
Ability to work with little to no supervision.
