As a Provider, you'll evaluate high‑risk patients, develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare teams, and deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care across home, facility, telehealth, and clinic settings.
This full‑time, salaried role offers a monthly bonus, with shifts available in 12‑hour or 8‑hour formats (Monday‑Friday or 7 days on/off).
