About The Role As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our personal lines clients. Your job is to help people feel supported, informed, and well taken care of. You’ll learn the insurance side as you go—we’ll guide you through it step by step.
What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, responsive support to clients by phone, email, and in person
Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general service needs
Review renewal notices to identify discounts and coverage improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Support cross‑selling of additional insurance products
Help with occasional marketing events and team projects
