What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Receive and verify all incoming aviation parts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FAA requirements
Facilitate shipping support for outgoing materials, ensuring product integrity and compliance with regulations
Maintain inventory stock levels and perform periodic physical inventory counts and audits
Resolve inventory discrepancies and organize stock according to system-specified locations using FIFO rules
Provide after-hours and weekend support for AOGs on a rotational on-call schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
Two years of experience with supply chain concepts
Advanced computer skills, preferably with experience in a computer-based inventory tracking system
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the aviation industry is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with FAA regulations and inventory management best practices
Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a fast-paced, regulated industry
