What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Receive and verify all incoming aviation parts, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations
Facilitate shipping support for outgoing materials, ensuring products are in serviceable condition
Maintain inventory stock levels and perform periodic physical inventory counts and audits
Resolve inventory discrepancies and organize stock according to specified zones and bin locations
Provide after-hours support for AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) on a rotational on-call schedule
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two years’ experience with supply chain concepts
Advanced computer skills, preferably with experience in computer-based inventory tracking systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the aviation industry is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance standards
Previous experience in a logistics or inventory control role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
