CR of Maryland is hiring adetail-obsessed, execution-driven Transaction Coordinator to manage residential real estate contracts from ratification through closing.
This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone who thrives on checklists, deadlines, and clean handoffs—not someone who needs constant direction. You will be responsible for keeping deals moving, documents accurate, and all parties aligned so closings happen on time and without surprises.

Responsibilities
Manage real estate transactions fromcontract to close
Maintain constant communication with clients until closing
Track deadlines, contingencies, and milestones across multiple files
Collect, review, and organize contracts, addenda, and disclosures
Coordinate with title companies, sellers, buyers, lenders, and internal team members
Ensure all documents are properly executed, dated, and stored in the CRM
Proactively flag issues, missing items, or risks before they become problems
Maintain clean, accurate transaction notes and status updates
Keep deals moving without being chased
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with real estate transactions, title, or transaction coordination preferred
Familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
Compensation $6 - $9 hourly
