About The Position Perform preventive and routine maintenance on diesel/heavy equipment including front‑end loaders, forklifts, and excavators. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical defects, conduct safety inspections, maintain maintenance records, operate equipment, work shifts including overtime, weekend and holiday work.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on diesel/heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical defects.
Conduct safety inspections and maintain maintenance records.
Operate front‑end loaders, forklifts, and excavators.
Carry out duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain work area appearance and safety.
Work various shifts with some overtime, weekend and holiday work during busy times.
Qualifications
2+ years diesel/heavy equipment mechanic experience.
Working knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, equipment hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Experience on various machines including loaders, forklifts, and excavators.
Minimum age 18.
