What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions of small businesses
Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models, including income statements and cash flow projections
Present financial and operational insights based on data analysis and strategic fit with the investment thesis
Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive due diligence
Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to the investment team
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of accounting and buy‑side transaction experience in accounting advisory or private equity
CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred
Experience working for a mid‑market accounting firm is strongly preferred
Demonstrated capability in evaluating small to medium‑sized businesses
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation tools
