Maintenance Electrical Technician – 2nd Shift (2PM–10PM)
Location: Bridgeton, MO | Onsite | Full-Time
We’re partnering with a well-established consumer products manufacturer to add an experienced
Maintenance Electrical Technician
to their 2nd shift operations. This role supports a high-volume production facility, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production and packaging machinery
Perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions
Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet operational standards
Use PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley) for troubleshooting
Follow preventative maintenance routines, including lubrication and cleaning
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance uptime and reduce operating costs
Maintain electrical parts inventory and follow all safety procedures
Work closely with maintenance leadership to address equipment concerns
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical documentation
Understanding of PLCs and hands‑on troubleshooting using Allen Bradley systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced production setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, operate forklifts, and handle physical tasks
Technical school or associate‑level training preferred
